I would find it useful to have a first name filter and a separate last name filter.

I need the ability to adjust the greeting or announcement audio that plays when our business is unreachable during outside opening times. Specifically, I want to use a replacement message for certain days, like Monday and Friday, while keeping the normal closed greeting after a cutoff time, such as five o'clock. This feature would greatly enhance our communication with customers.

I need a way to prioritize internal staff calls over customer service calls. When a staff member is on an internal call, other calls should not be offered in the same way. This would help manage call flow more effectively and ensure important internal communications are not interrupted by customer service calls.
