When the phone settings are zoomed in to large fonts/zoomed in, the display of the columns in the conversation history is far from optimal. For example, you can't see the caller's number.

I would like an AI telephonist who can handle sales calls, learn about products from a website or documents, and perform simple needs analysis. It could suggest products based on customer needs and collect basic information such as color, height, number, length, as well as the customer's name, number and email. If the AI is not up to the task, it would link on to a human salesperson.

I am unable to upload my own custom music for the queue, which is disappointing as we have our own music with rights. It would be beneficial if I could upload and use my custom music for the queue, similar to how I can upload files for greetings and voicemail.
