Before I transfer a caller to a colleague, I would like to tell my colleague "Here is person XYZ and they want ABC". Now I can only transfer to a colleague without saying anything, and this does not work for us. So we don't use it.

Is it possible when there is an incoming call that you can see that is from Rinkel?

The app says that for the best experience I can sync my contacts. It then redirects me to the Apple settings. But there is no setting in Apple for contacts. Only for Siri, photos and notifications.

Are there any plans to make the webphone compatible with browsers other than Chrome, such as Mozilla? I prefer not to use Chrome and would appreciate having the option to use your webphone with a different browser. It would be great not to be limited to just one browser. Could you add the ability to set availability directly through the app, not only for myself but also for other members of my team? This feature would be highly useful for managing schedules more efficiently.

For the sake of informing me when I have missed a call or have a new voicemail message. Besides only email + app notification.
