Automatic contact synchronization
I would love it if I didn't have to worry about synchronizing my contacts anymore. Currently, I do not see the contacts that I have stored on the webphone in the app and vice versa. Could you make automatic synchronization possible?

User working hours (schedule)
I would like to add working hours (schedule) to Rinkel. For example, I don't have to evict my employee every Friday and put it back on Monday, for example.

It would help me if you put the “search for contacts” search box closer to the search result and preferably not at the top right of the page.

Choice menu with opening hours
I would like to link opening hours to a drop-down menu option. This way, I can better inform the customer when a certain department is not present. This way, I don't have to change the opening hours of the entire company.

Easier sharing of an audio file
I would like to share an audio file in an easier way. Downloading on mobile is not an ideal solution. Maybe sharing a link (with a one-time PIN for security) is a good solution?

Visibility of a colleague in conversation
It would be nice to see beforehand if a colleague is talking. This way, I prevent the customer from ultimately not getting to speak to my colleague directly. This would help me a lot.

Call history > Contacts > Search
I would love to have the option to find a contact on every page. It doesn't feel intuitive to first go “alone” to the contact page to perform the search.

Support for Android devices without a number
I would like to use an Android device as our fixed line without needing a number. It would be beneficial if the Rinkel app could allow Android devices without a number to receive calls directly, similar to how it works with existing mobile numbers or Yealink fixed devices.

Support for fixed devices for new and existing customers
I noticed that Rinkel supports fixed devices for Vodafone and Ziggo customers due to their transition from hosted calling. It would be great if this support could be extended to new and existing Rinkel customers, allowing them to use fixed devices as well.
