I want to connect an ATA to provide emergency phone numbers for elevators using settings tied to my existing Rinkel account. The elevator device functions as a phone without a handset. It would be beneficial if Rinkel could support this type of hardware integration, including configuring the necessary settings, as it aligns with the technical capabilities described on your site.

Previously, I could create voicemail greetings by calling a dedicated number and using keypad input, which was convenient. Now, I can only record or upload directly in the account, which is inconvenient for my practice. The current workflow results in poor audio quality due to background noise during mobile recording, and I don't want to buy a new headset just for this purpose. It would be beneficial to have the old 'call-in' method available again.

I need the ability to use and set up Swedish mobile-style numbers (07 numbers) in Rinkel so that calls can be made from the same app. Currently, Rinkel only supports landline numbers, which are then forwarded to an existing mobile. This limitation makes it impossible to configure my desired setup, as I attempted to add another number/account to use within the app.

During high-demand events, such as product launches, our business phone number becomes overwhelmed with calls, leading to it being blocked. This disrupts our operations and frustrates customers. Implementing a queue system to manage callers during these peak times would help ensure that all calls are handled efficiently and prevent the number from being blocked.

I find it challenging when packages are delivered without any notification, especially if neighbors accept them on my behalf. It would be beneficial if delivery partners could provide customer-facing messages, such as shipment and delivery confirmations. This would help prevent disputes about package receipt and reduce the need for calls and home checks.

I have set up a hash-based option in the IVR to quickly route calls to my boss for colleagues who frequently call. While the routing works, the standard announcement message, including the call recording notice, still plays. It would be beneficial if certain contacts could be exempted from hearing this message, allowing them to reach the intended recipient immediately.

I want to prevent my personal contacts and numbers from appearing on the office phone display. Currently, all contacts, including my own and my colleague's, synchronize to the fixed desk phone display, which I find undesirable. I expected only emergency numbers to be shown. I tried adjusting settings via favorites, but all contacts still synchronize, and I can't remove my own number as it's needed by the system. Could the technical team explore options to hide my number?

When I put someone on hold temporarily with the Hold function, I would like to play a separate recording. Can you add this option?

Currently, you do not offer the service to use a fixed phone abroad. Can you make it possible to use a Yeahlink device from Belgium?

I would find it useful to be able to download all recordings in bulk at once.
