Allow German customers to link a desk phone to their Rinkel number

When the app fails to place an outbound call, I cannot easily retrieve or copy the target number to manually redial. This forces me to write the number down and retype it to place a call from my own number instead. It's inconvenient and frustrating, especially since I frequently need to call customers back after inbound calls. It would be helpful if I could copy or otherwise reuse the dialed number in this failure scenario.

I need a reliable workflow to automatically switch or forward calls to an emergency number when my fixed line or Wi-Fi is down. It's inconvenient to configure this each time manually. It would be beneficial if Rinkel could convert or redirect an existing business number to an emergency mobile number, ensuring all calls follow this fallback route when the connection fails. Additionally, having this forwarding set up in advance would save time and effort during future incidents.

I want to add a fixed business phone device to my Rinkel account without having to create or link it to an additional user and phone number. This is important because I need the device to be associated only with an existing user from a different organization or school. The current requirement to couple the device with a Rinkel user and enter a phone number is confusing, especially if I later manage multiple schools or users. A simpler way to attach devices at the account or user level would be beneficial.

I need short business numbers, specifically six-digit 06 numbers for mobile, to integrate with my AI software and CRM workflows. This capability is crucial for my intended setup, and I would like to know when it will be available.

I have multiple business phone numbers, and it's frustrating that the older numbers remain at the top of the Rinkel app/dashboard. When I add a new number, I want it to appear at the top, with older numbers moved to the bottom. This would make it easier to select the correct number for placing calls, as I've made mistakes several times due to the current ordering.

A smart button to minimize the webphone would enhance usability. When a call is active, a red phone icon could indicate the call, allowing users to click it to reopen the webphone. This would make handling the window easier.

I find it challenging to quickly understand and manage time-based call forwarding. It would be beneficial to have a more intuitive workflow for adjusting forwarding and schedules via the web portal, so I can confidently change the setup without waiting for someone else or being unavailable from home during morning setup.

I work from the car and would find it very useful if you had an integration with Apple Car Play. This also makes doing my job a lot safer. Thanks!
