For the sake of informing me when I have missed a call or have a new voicemail message. Besides only email + app notification.

Before I transfer a caller to a colleague, I would like to tell my colleague "Here is person XYZ and they want ABC". Now I can only transfer to a colleague without saying anything, and this does not work for us. So we don't use it.

Could you enhance the call summarization feature to provide more accurate and detailed summaries? Currently, the summaries are a bit too general. It would be helpful if the summaries could capture the key points and specifics of the conversations more effectively, making them more useful for follow-up and review.

In the portal, copying and pasting numbers from the left sidebar, where all the numbers are listed, isn't very easy. Could you please make this process more user-friendly?

Could you add the ability to set availability directly through the app, not only for myself but also for other members of my team? This feature would be highly useful for managing schedules more efficiently.

The announcement via Webphone is not necessary because I know it's a call from Rinkel!

Are there any plans to make the webphone compatible with browsers other than Chrome, such as Mozilla? I prefer not to use Chrome and would appreciate having the option to use your webphone with a different browser. It would be great not to be limited to just one browser. Thank you for considering this request.

Contacts: In addition to the card view, another view would be helpful. List view - takes up less space (possibly with basic functions like sorting & filtering)

Possibility to make exceptions in opening hours on certain dates (e.g. open om Mon-Fri, except for April 1st).
