When using the phone app and putting though a customer to a co-worker who uses the webphone instead of the mobile app, the coworker does not receive any call and the customer remains on hold. It also does not seem possible to see 'on hold' calls from the webphone to 'answer' an on hold call from the webphone.

I would like to export my contacts in an easy way. Could you make an option for this?

Also make it possible to select waiting music for customers with a Professional subscription. Currently, users who are put on hold only hear a ringtone. This is confusing.

I would like to be able to add a time frame to the exceptions to opening hours. For example, we are open until noon on December 24. It is now only possible to add the whole day to the exception, where I would like to add half a day.
