When I put someone on hold temporarily with the Hold function, I would like to play a separate recording. Can you add this option?

I would like the option to purchase a Webphone only account from you (at a discounted rate), which I don't have to link to a mobile number either.

I would like the recipient of an outgoing call to see our company name instead of a phone number. This feature would enhance our brand visibility and make it easier for recipients to recognize our calls.

It happens that I don't have time to answer the call for a while. I will then cancel the call. Now the call is being sent to my voicemail provider, but I want to receive it in my Rinkel inbox. Can you change this?

I would like to be able to navigate directly to the contact detail page from an incoming call in the Webphone. This makes it easier to take notes and review notes that have already been written during the conversation.

Avoid the “beep beep beep” sound when making incoming calls while you're already on the phone with someone. Perhaps one notification is enough, or turn the sound to a lower volume. In my opinion, it's a little too loud and distracts me from my current conversation.

I would find it useful if, at the top of the list of songs that I can forward to, I see the songs I've recently forwarded to.

I would like to keep calling with the number I used last until I change it myself. Now I have to select the correct number every time I make a new call.

When I'm listening to a voice mail, I want it to keep playing in the background when I switch applications. For example, if I now open my note app, the voicemail stops playing.
