I would like to add working hours (schedule) to Rinkel. For example, I don't have to evict my employee every Friday and put it back on Monday, for example.

It would help me if you put the “search for contacts” search box closer to the search result and preferably not at the top right of the page.

I would like to link opening hours to a drop-down menu option. This way, I can better inform the customer when a certain department is not present. This way, I don't have to change the opening hours of the entire company.

Rinkel is a phone app for business use, but one thing is missing and that is a ringtone that you can set in ringtone.

Possibility to make exceptions in opening hours on certain dates (e.g. open om Mon-Fri, except for April 1st).

Before I transfer a caller to a colleague, I would like to tell my colleague "Here is person XYZ and they want ABC". Now I can only transfer to a colleague without saying anything, and this does not work for us. So we don't use it.

Offer new and modern music for my callers in a waitingroom.
