I would like to be able to view the full transcript of each conversation I have. At the moment, you provide me with a very nice summary with action points. For my services, however, it is important that I can judge the conversation by the letter.

I would like to be able to adjust the AI-Insightst prompt at the number level. I serve different customer groups at the different numbers. I want to be able to adjust the prompt accordingly.

Could you enhance the call summarization feature to provide more accurate and detailed summaries? Currently, the summaries are a bit too general. It would be helpful if the summaries could capture the key points and specifics of the conversations more effectively, making them more useful for follow-up and review.
