I would like to receive my voicemails as text. Currently, I can listen to voicemails via the Rinkel app or My Rinkel portal, and I receive notifications if call recording or AI Insights is enabled. However, there is no direct feature to transcribe voicemails into text. Having this feature would greatly enhance my experience by allowing me to read voicemails at my convenience.

We currently have a support team of about five members who handle calls. We don't want to change much in this setup, but we would like to offer customers the option to connect with an AI agent when all team members are busy or outside of office hours. Additionally, an AI agent could assist with the most common questions, with an easy way to transfer to a human agent if needed.

I would like to have AI-powered responses for WhatsApp messages in addition to voice responses during calls. This would enhance our communication efficiency by providing automated, intelligent replies to common inquiries via WhatsApp.

I was hoping that the AI would also generate summaries for conversations with Bizziphone, but unfortunately, it doesn't do that. It would be beneficial if the AI could provide summaries for these conversations as well, enhancing its utility.

It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to automatically send AI insights to an email address. This feature would enhance my ability to manage customer service efficiently by automating the distribution of insights, reducing the need for manual intervention.

I would like the ability to export AI insights to PDF. This feature would greatly simplify my workflow, as I currently have to take screenshots of each insight, crop them, and compile them into a PDF manually. Having an export option would streamline this process and save me a lot of time.

I would like to have an automated system that asks callers a series of questions, similar to a funnel, and then emails me the responses as text. This feature would streamline the process of gathering information from callers and ensure I receive detailed responses directly to my email.

I would like to receive the AI-generated text summaries of voicemails via email. This feature would allow me to conveniently access the summaries without needing to log into the app or web portal.

I find it challenging to record a professional-sounding welcome message due to my phone voice. It would be beneficial to have an AI service that can generate a welcome message for me, ensuring a more professional and consistent customer experience.

I would like to be able to view the full transcript of each conversation I have. At the moment, you provide me with a very nice summary with action points. For my services, however, it is important that I can judge the conversation by the letter.
