Good news! Full call transcripts are now available through the Rinkel API. So if you're comfortable working with APIs (or have someone technical on your team), you can already access complete transcripts of your calls.
I don't have a timeline yet for bringing this into the My Rinkel environment directly, but I wanted to let you know it's there if you need it now.

I would like to be able to view the full transcript of a conversation to review the summary and keep it as a reference
