Using the Essential plan? You’ll now see how many belminuten you've used this billing cycle, and what they’ve cost.
🔔 Voicemail emails (again!)
Remember that handy feature from the old portal? You could set extra email addresses to receive voicemail notifications. Well… we kinda forgot it in the new version 😬. Thanks to your feedback, it’s back!

App version 3.1.7 is available now!
The most important fixes:
- We're now saving the language preference in your account instead of only locally on your mobile phone. This means that the language in the app & in My Rinkel on web will run in-sync!
- We've added the "Settings" icon in the top-right corner in the dial screen, allowing you to go to the number settings quickly and easily. It's a shortcut only, the 'regular' way to go to your number settings still works.

You asked, we delivered! We've got a host of updates ready to make the new Rinkel app even better.
- Copy phone numbers: Now you can copy a phone number from your call history and use it anywhere you like! Perfect for pasting into Outlook, your CRM, or WhatsApp.
- Transfer calls: You can now transfer calls to a contact.
- On hold notifications: When a call is put 'on hold', the notification will only be sent to the user it’s assigned to. If no one is assigned, the notification will still go to everyone.
- International calling: We now remember the '+' sign when you paste a phone number into the dialpad. This makes international calling easier!
- Notification preferences: Set your notification preferences for the app! Choose if you want notifications, emails, or nothing at all for, for example, voicemail messages.
- Improved call history: We've made more space in the call history for better readability. Now it feels less cramped and is easier to read, making it more organised!
- Sorted phone numbers: Rinkel phone numbers are now sorted by status, with active numbers at the top.
- Bug fixes: And of course, we've fixed some bugs!
