Display Chosen IVR Option for Incoming Calls
We have two companies under one phone number, and we use an IVR menu to direct calls. It would be very helpful if we could see which option the customer selected when they call in. This would allow us to answer the phone with the appropriate company name.

Set up music waiting without a queue
Currently, the waiting area plays the music that has been selected for the queue. When you cancel the queue, the music is also turned off. It would be nice if the music could be selected separately from the queue, because some users do not want to use the queue, but want to use the music.

Opening hours > Exceptions > time frame
I would like to be able to add a time frame to the exceptions to opening hours. For example, we are open until noon on December 24. It is now only possible to add the whole day to the exception, where I would like to add half a day.

Add waiting music for Professional
Also make it possible to select waiting music for customers with a Professional subscription. Currently, users who are put on hold only hear a ringtone. This is confusing.
