Visibility for missed calls/unreached calls

We have the problem that our outgoing calls that are not recorded are colored red on the call list.
The red coloured numbers are normally missed calls only. (not even outgoing calls that are not recorded)
As a result, we have a bad overview of how many missed calls we have, because the numbers colored red can be missed calls or outgoing calls.
Could you change this for us.
That only our missed calls are red on our call list.

Indeed, the above would also be nice. I would also like to know if the missed calls were for choice 1 or 2. We now only see missed, but not for which department, if you are logged into both departments.

A clearer distinction between missed incoming calls and unanswered outbound calls, especially in the dashboard under “Call Status”.
