I need a way to temporarily disable incoming calls during a fixed daily break, such as from 1:00 to 1:30, while still allowing urgent callers to reach an expedited option by pressing a key. Currently, only the account administrator can adjust opening-hours time windows, and users without an admin account cannot make the change directly. It would be helpful to have the ability to switch this by phone for immediate setup, rather than needing an admin to update settings.
