The current onboarding workflow for connecting Rinkel's WhatsApp capability to our application requires installing WhatsApp Business and coupling the WhatsApp number via a QR code to receive verification codes. This process is inefficient as it forces repeated steps per customer: installing the app, receiving a verification code, then logging out again for each client. It would be beneficial to have a more streamlined way to verify and onboard multiple customer WhatsApp users through the portal or an app integration.
