In our previous exchange system, we had a prefix feature that appended a unique identifier to incoming numbers, allowing us to easily identify which exchange the call was coming from. This was particularly useful as it also displayed the customer's number. It would be beneficial if your system could implement a similar feature, where a prefix is added to incoming calls to help us identify the source exchange while still showing the customer's number.
