I need to be immediately informed when the system disables the webphone so I can take action before someone calls. Currently, I receive no notification that my phone/webphone status has changed, and I only realize something is wrong because a voicemail is left. Reliable status-change and voicemail/notification alerts tied to webphone enablement would greatly improve my ability to know when calls will connect.
