I would like an inbox or to-do list that I can work from. This inbox shows my tasks and possibly the tasks that need or can be tackled team-wide.

The tasks that are in this inbox are a list of tasks added automatically, but also manually added tasks, such as a callback note.

When a user has a personal task, they can choose to share it with the entire team or a team member. It is also possible that certain tasks are only assigned to members who are in the forwarding for a specific number.
