Our account manager in Vietnam needs reliable access to Rinkel, but currently, it requires a VPN, which is unstable and causes call disruptions. It would be beneficial if Rinkel could be configured to work from Vietnam without needing a VPN, or if an IP-address exception could be allowed to ensure stable access.
