I need a dedicated switchboard desk phone that can handle incoming and internal calls for multiple stores, especially during busy hours. It should automatically block external calls at set times while allowing internal calls. I want to manage call forwarding and transfers to a central phone or queue on a schedule, reducing manual errors by store staff. Ideally, this should be managed via an admin system rather than relying on each store to manually toggle settings.
