Business hours: Multiple Time Block Call Routing

I am dissatisfied with the current call menu/IVR and business-hours setup because it cannot route callers differently for multiple time blocks using different prompts and options. For instance, I need a distinct urgent routing window in the morning and different handling after 17:30, along with a separate temporary closure prompt for lunch. Currently, adding another custom prompt/time slot for a specific period does not extend to other periods, which is frustrating.
