It provides you with automatic call summaries (voicemail messages are also summarised), sentiment analysis, and an overview of the topics that were discussed. All of this is accessible through your call history in My Rinkel on desktop, and in the Rinkel app. On My Rinkel on desktop, you will also have an extensive dashboard to see all of your insights neatly in 1 place, allowing you to analyse what people call about, and what the sentiment is.
