π¦ Order desk phones directly from My Rinkel
Already using Rinkel and want a physical phone on your desk? Now you can order desk phones straight from the web environment as well!
Just head to Admin β Subscription β Desk phones in My Rinkel to order your desk phones (only accessible for Admin users).

π₯οΈ Web improvements that make things easier
- Customers from the UK & France now have full access to My Rinkel on web and the Rinkel Webphone! π¬π§π«π·
- "New calls available" banner shows when new calls have come in, so refreshing the page is no longer needed. Stay up to date while you work.
- If you have a desk phone, you will see the extension of colleagues in the Colleagues table within My Rinkel. Simply go to Contacts β Colleagues. Your own extension can be found in your Call Preferences in your Profile Settings.
π± App improvements for increased efficiency
- When creating a new contact, the "Share with colleagues" toggle is now ON by default (just like in My Rinkel on desktop).
- If a contact only has a company name, we'll show that now.
- Call history & voicemail will refresh in real-time
π οΈ Other improvements & fixes
- Soft delete for call data: Need to clean up your call records? You can now remove entries, one-by-one, and in bulk.
- Multi-level voice menu (IVR) is now possible: We've made a back-end fix to realise this. Some help from our Support Team is required still, but it's finally possible! (Due to the manual labour involved, we only support this for customers with 6 users or more).
- My Rinkel URL is back to normal. We've changed my2.rinkel.com back to my.rinkel.com, just like it used to be.
